The original, mixable, light rum. Bacardi Carta Blanca starts out as a blend of the lightest distilled rum spirit. This blend passes through the highest quality charcoal filtration process to achieve the characteristic Bacardi smoothness. The rum is then aged for at least one year.

Bacardi Oro is a blend of the purest distilled rum spirit that has been allowed to rest for up to 2 years in carefully selected oak barrels. This longer aging process allows Bacardi Oro to develop a smooth flavor and a pleasing amber color.

Bacardi Limon is a result of blending Carta Blanca with lemon and lime. During the blending stage, natural, fresh citrus extract is added to Carta Blanca to create this sweet flavored rum

Bacardi 151 is a high-alcohol blend (75.5% abv) of the lightest distilled rum. The rum is allowed to mature for up to three years in carefully selected oak barrels. This longer aging process gives a flavor balance that leads to a fuller appreciation of the quality of Bacardi rum.

Bacardi 8 was once reserved for Bacardi family occasions. Whereas other aged rums extract their flavor from the barrel, Bacardi 8 gets its flavor notes from the carefully selected rums and is aged for 8 years to allow the flavor to deepen, becoming richer and smoother until it reaches a perfect balance.
